The brisket is the BEST. Always the same since the 80's! Go elsewhere, you lose. I drive from Gresham for the Brisket. My wife calls it Candy Bacon. She knows it is beef. LOL Seriously, I have sold orders for them by letting new customers smell my Togo order. Oh , and the sauce is HOME MADE . Oh yeah
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Not very busy for a midday, typical restaurant/bar layout My service was friendly and attentive. I ordered the Heat burger, it tasted very fresh. A slight order error: got fries when I wanted tots but it was a easy fix I would return again
Fun fact: I worked in this building back in 2000 when it was Tillamook Ice Creamery. Fond memories of this location. Big Reds served as a meetup spot for coworkers for years. They make a mean burger and the bar was the first place I ever tried a Washington Apple. I’m biased but I love this place.
This is one of my favorite establishments to frequent. The food can't be beat for the price, the staff is always upbeat and awesome, the wait times are extremely speedy. You won't find a better bar and grill!
I was working late in that area, and the roads were being torn up and repaired by night crews. I hadn't eaten since lunch. I do not recommend this, but it was late. There were two women working, and they were very nice. I had a Tillammook cheeseburger, fries, and a hazy IPA. Fantastic. This made my night. I relaxed, ate, and talked a bit. Thanks!
My fiance and I really enjoy coming to this neighborhood bar. We tend to bounce between Scotty's and Big Red's. We always appreciate the excellent customer service and being able to order from the Happy Hour Menu (which is quite expansive and covers a large span of time). We also appreciate how they appear to decorate for each season.
Nice menu. Reasonable prices. I had a French dip and soup. My husband had a chicken salad wrap.
This place was great!! Food was great, the staff was AMAZING (especially Rhonda)!!! I reserved for 40 people and we had more than anticipated show up. Rhonda worked so hard to make us all happy. She was quick and efficient and all her coworkers seemed super helpful. Definitely recommend this place!!
